2cv windscreen rubber seal

The original Citroën windscreen rubber ensures a perfect seal in the passenger compartment by preventing any water from entering through the windscreen opening. It complies with the specifications of the period, making it easy to fit and ensuring optimum durability over time.

The windscreen seal has always been a weak point in the waterproofing of the 2CV's passenger compartment. Throughout its career, from 1949 to 1990, Citroën constantly improved the seal to keep the front seat passengers dry. This seal is the latest evolution to be fitted as standard by the manufacturer.

It is the only windscreen seal to be labelled an Original Part, as its shape and rubber composition are identical in every respect to those originally fitted to the last generation of 2CVs.

Unlike the windscreen seal on the 2CV AZAM and 2CV AZAM Export, it does not have the small slot on the outside intended for the characteristic aluminium trim, and so the trim cannot be fitted. However, our original windscreen seal can be fitted to these two models as to any other 2CV.

Suitable for laminated or tempered glass windscreens.

. 2 CV Saloon cars (1949 to 1990) except 2 CV AZAM and 2 CV AZAM Export, unless the aluminium trim is not mounted
. 2 CV vans (1951 to 1978)
